Braided Bonds is a Japan-made organic hair care brand created for people of every hair type living in Japan.I work as a hairstylist, braider, and loctician in Nisshin City, Aichi — a multicultural town — caring for everything from straight hair to 4C hair. Through my many clients and followers, I have heard time and again that "there are almost no hair care products in Japan made for Black hair."When ordering products from overseas, I experienced problems myself: long shipping times, fragrances that were too strong, and irritation that didn't suit my skin. On top of that, Japan's hot and humid climate and the everyday habit of daily washing create needs that imported products simply can't meet.Braided Bonds was born from the wish to change this. Our first product is a rinse-free foam-type dry shampoo, crafted with the delicate formulation only Japanese manufacturing can offer, and designed to be gentle enough for sensitive skin.The product was developed from real concerns and wishes gathered through surveys of our clients and followers. Even the name "Braided Bonds" was chosen by everyone's vote."Braided Bonds" carries the meaning of weaving bonds between people through the act of braiding. More than just hair care, we hope to be a brand that nurtures connection beyond culture and background. That is our wish.
